I hadn't have any problems with their service until recently, when one guy at the counter refused to sell the distilled water to me. Even though i have purchased the bottles from them several times before. He explained to me in English that distilled watet is only available to people with a license to make medicine. 😶 today i went to a different pharmacy and i got one without the license or anything. Weird
