They were thoroughly informed about the details before the infrared trainer training. Even then, I guessed I had found a form of training for me. The environment is beautiful and hygienic. The infratrainer machine was just waiting for me at the booked time 😊. I took my swimsuit, towels and shoes with me. For starters, I smeared myself well with one of the fat burning creams I put in. (Their use is included in the price). I pulled on the nylon pants I made for myself and that shoe. From a series, I chose what I would like to watch while. And the training started 😊 The 50 minutes flew away. Much more intense than 1 cardio workout. What was very good for me was that no one was waiting for the plane, they didn’t have to deal with others, talk to it, it was completely turned off. I don’t like going to the gym alone, but it’s hard to find a good time and place to share with friends. I train here alone, I don't have to talk to strangers, I turn off (yet I know, if I need it, the receptionist is not far from me, at my disposal at any time) As I said, I drank a lot of water before, but in the meantime. I sweated much better from my heat radiation, cream, and curling than my average workout, but hygienically it all stayed in the nylon pants. Well moved .. After 50 minutes I went to the shower, threw out the nylon dress, I already experienced it, my skin became tighter. My thighs are like "rubber." The shower is clean and includes shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. And still alone! No one had to share the locker room or shower with anyone. I found everything in New Body Studio that is important to me during training.
