I arrived at the office for a simple occupational health examination, it turned out that I would have had to do another examination in advance, and I should have arrived with the related document. They were not warned about this in advance, and when I said I didn’t have this paper and asked why they didn’t speak, they claimed they spoke, which isn’t true. It’s not enough to be lied to, one of two receptionist ladies, a large piece of curly-haired lady, was very arrogant and spoke in a disgraceful style, humiliatingly at the hearing of another patient. In outrage, I slammed the door on them, which I obviously wouldn’t have done if I had a cultured reception. Then I went back to it for a few minutes as the investigation was very urgent for me, the big piece of lady wanted to send it away, she showed no helpfulness on any level, she continued to talk to me distastefully. The other lady was kind and offered to book me a new date later if I wanted to. When I came in with another patient, I mingled and saw in him that he was shocked by what had happened (and not because I had already raised my voice in the end!) This lady has nothing to earn in a job where people have to be dealt with!

There are a lot more people like this than those who work here .... when I called the appointment they were very nice and it wasn't a personal mask .... they made my day better

I urgently needed her medical qualifications, but there was no space left. The receptionist rushed to my aid and was able to squeeze him in today. They were very kind and humane. The investigation was also quick. What is relevant is what they write on their site. My only negative experience was not only positive! Thank you again!
