I have stayed in 7 different hotels till now in Budapest because of my job and my first time in Actor was very good. The room was clean, the people who are working there are friendly and the breakfast was satisfying.

We were a school group of 80 students and five teachers. The hotel was horrible! We found hair on our beds' sheets, on our food and jug of water. Mold in our bathroom and bathroom curtain. Our towels were dirty and when we asked them to change them they never did. When it was time to eat dinner a waiter rudely said to the teacher that at 10 o'clock the restaurant's closing. When we went to the restaurant he again rudely threw the plates on the table. In addition, the waiter and a rude lady were insulting us in their language. If we could rate this hotel 0/5 stars we surely would. The rating in this hotel is completely false.

The hotel itself is not really bad, but quite old and it seems they don't care about it. Breakfast is generally speaking poor, the breakfast room is big but i had the feeling to be into a church. Old equipment, old curtains give the impression to be dirty. Staff is nice and polite, the problem is with the hotel itself. In the morning was noisy due to some works close to my room. The room is big, but even turning off the air conditioning there was a huge noise like ventilation. I don't recommend it, however it is at the level of a standard 2 star hotel if it was in Italy.

It was so bad that it made us to call the embancy of my country in order to change hotel. The rooms were dirty and stingy. All the towels of my room were full of blood and dirty Ness from people's ears. The furniture were outdated and the lack of balconys made the hotel look like a typical office. The staff was really rude as they were mocking and swearing us in their native language. The food was a disaster. Cold dishes that were in the fridge for months... Not kidding... I don't recommend it at all. WARNING : They made us pay 20€ in order to get sure that we will behave by the rules who were already broken by previous customers(broken windows, dirty floor, etc.)
