I took the car for air conditioning repairs on a date I got for 1 week. They promised that day that they would see what was wrong, how much it would cost and they would call. The next morning I called them, they said there was only something wrong with electronics. I called them again on my 4 hour trip, they were told at my request how much it will be. I left but after a few minutes I got there, they announced that the box office was already closed, I should go tomorrow. Which is not fair to what they called there if they couldn’t finish on time. Update: The car was ready for the third day, which was promised for that day. After the phone consultation I set off for the car, it shouldn’t have come as a surprise to my colleague that I only arrived around 5am.

Avoid this service far away! Sizzling, pulling down on the go, meaningful communication is zero. My air conditioning compressor was repaired two years ago, and since then I have had to charge it several times (no one thought the compressor was goofy, “in principle” repaired). As it turned out, they did not replace the compressor housing seal, but put the old one back. Bravo! Another repair of HUF 100 thousand. I wrote 3 emails to them about this, one of which was called by the employee and regretted that he had been working elsewhere for two years, he doesn't even know which of them repaired the car. Joke! It’s just icing on the cake to cheekfully bill one and a half times the repair standard time in one case and twice in the other for the same job. In addition, the half-year-long ribbed strap was so deftly fitted that it opened lengthwise. If I didn’t notice and crash under control, even an engine general would have looked in. I think they would have so enthusiastically acknowledged their responsibility. Addition because the response is unresponsive: "Given the age of your car, leaks from oxidation in different places can be predicted. It's a natural process." This is true, but refitting a seal used in a disassembled high pressure part is not a 'natural process' according to the rules of the profession. "We have a warranty period open for any problems that may arise (1 year). If the phenomenon you described fell outside of that time (2 years), then my colleagues obviously did a good job." So, if you can exceed the warranty period by even a day, they have done a perfect job. Genius...

I went to the service in August of the current year to perform periodic maintenance. In addition to working accurately and precisely, I was also informed of other faults in my car, which were rectified immediately after consultation. I am maximally satisfied with both the quality of the service and the price / value ratio.
