Today: November 22, 2019, I contacted the bank. I asked for a serial number and waited patiently for my line. /I was alone/ Unfortunately, I didn't turn up after 10 minutes. However, a colleague came in from the street and happily reported that he had brought a / Christmas / lottery ticket, which the three of them had feverishly searched for. Unfortunately, I didn't have the patience to wait for the result. I told the security guard I wasn't willing to watch this and left them. I'm really sorry this happened because I deserved it. If I behaved like this at my workplace, I would no longer have to go to work.
