We would have rented the accommodation with a group of twenty people, it was also confirmed back, but when we arrived, we were confronted with the fact that it had already been rented out to another company. We were not informed and were not even willing to come out in person and discuss this issue. We were left without accommodation for a pre-arranged program. Incorrect and offensive attitude. I would not recommend it to anyone.
It’s not a problem for an accommodation to put two bookings on the calendar for the same weekend, we’re people, it happens. But in this case, the owner / employee of the accommodation teaches the company that arrives later, if he does not take responsibility, if he does not help to solve the situation, and even arrogant, poke and jerk, is the big trouble. Unfortunately, this is the depth of the bottomless well of hospitality. I would not recommend it to anyone because of their attitude.
The biggest problem is not that when we arrived at an event for almost twenty people, it turned out that the hotelier had confirmed the booking to two companies at the same time, and we were left without accommodation, because everyone is wrong. But because of the Pökhend and handling style, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
