The number puller is regularly broken. The agents are nice, but the administration itself is incredibly slow every time. Every process is a whole morning program.

The process is very slow.

You have to wait a lot for a cashier payment. A cashier works when you are in the process of making money. Compared to other banks, there is much more waiting time.
