Apátságúti Vendégház

I spent a night here during my long distance-hiking trip on the E4 through Hungary. The room was nice and clean. The shared bathroom and kitchen facilities were adequate. The garden with the little pavillon was especially nice. The son of the owner spoke English which made things much easier for me. When I came back after dinner in town some of the other guests invited me to eat their self-cooked gulyas with them in the garden pavillon. We had a nice conversation. I left early in the morning to climb the Bükk mountains.

Wonderful, close-to-nature environment, the nearby peak can be reached within an hour and a half hike. The restaurant by the lake, a 20-minute walk from the property, is also beautifully located. I also recommend the restaurant there, the food is very delicious, the portions are large, the service is fast. It is worth booking a table, because it is usually full. The best in the accommodation is the aunt Éva, the host, who willingly and very kindly helped our friends' trip. Thank you for being here! The equipment of the accommodation is as described, clean.

It was kind of reception, the hotel was clean. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful sound garden. We have discovered a very nice hiking opportunities.

Nice, clean, huge rooms. With a very kind, fair owner. Dog friendly with beautiful garden. Nice view! We had a great time, next time we will come!

It was a positive disappointment. I thought you could drink up to one beer by the lake, but it turned out they had good cuisine, good staff and reasonable prices.
