Slow and rude service, place without AC.
The trouble is that we call them in vain only machine talks because they are not worth picking up. The worst thing is that I transferred an amount and now they promised that the person I referred to at the age of 10 would not be referred to. They are very slow. And that's annoying
It is almost impossible to reach the account by phone, the clerks are bored, phlegm ...
Every time I come to deal with a case, it takes hours. The clerks don’t even look ram just so they don’t have to ask what I want. There’s no knocking out what you do when I’m in trouble for always the other chi bottom.
The administration is absolutely non-standard.
I have been their client for a long time but there is a lot of waiting time. There is no call system for average people with max 2 people to deal with if one is not sick. I don't like to walk around but unfortunately sometimes I have to :(
