Good Mazda dealership, especially their service department!
I wanted to request a quote and make an appointment for a mandatory service. At the first phone call, it was announced that the clerk was having lunch. The possibility of a recall is not known. Customer management is zero. On the second phone call, another unauthorized picked up the phone because the clerk did not understand it. No recall was offered or recalled. Customer management is zero for the second time as well. Thanks for looking for another service in the future as well. If such customer service, what are the mechanics like? I don't want to know. I do not recommend to anyone.
I was on a test drive in September. They were kind and flexible.
1 week ago I went in to look again, they met after 3 months. They told me all about the cars and the brand pros and cons. They didn't want to force anything on me. They are also patient on the phone, they inform you honestly. Thanks!!!
