The machines are dusty and the mirrors are glazed. The treadmills and stepping machines are extremely sparse. There is a positive, the plump girls are attentive and kind. And by the end, the room is kong from emptiness, because of the lack of expertise, if there are all those trainers who think the earth is spinning because of them. 10-person coach, but why?
For those who want to break out of the harshness of the usual fitness rooms, I recommend it.
Panoramic windows overlooking the park, spacious spaces do not disturb each other when training on adjacent machines. You can see in the design that they paid attention to what isn’t good in many other gyms.
The machines are new, there are plenty of personal trainers to choose from and most group workouts are already available on most heylen.
