Great group lessons for the first time, free for two groups. However, the dressing room is too small, at the end of the training session you can't sit down.

Small place, the machines are old but friendly in the environment. I went to group classes, the trainers were very nice and prepared. The infrasauna is very good, the changing rooms can be more spacious and the classrooms of the classroom are also very small. Overall I like this place.
