The island of peace in the rush. Loose instructors relax.
We learn real yoga, not just yoga-like practices. Tea options before / after yoga are great, all among many houseplants. I recommend it to anyone who is stiff, knit, or just disabled, because what doesn’t bend is broken. And here, of course, sooner or later it will bend ...
I get physical and mental recharging in every yoga class I attend more and more often, here in Mandala. Kind, encouraging, professional instructors pass on their knowledge and encourage me to practice everyday :)
The perfect place to practice yoga. As you enter, you will be overwhelmed by peace and quiet. The instructors are kind, professional and helpful. I can only recommend.
