I ordered a clotheslift from this company for which no installation instructions were provided. I called them 5 minutes before opening! I asked them to send me an installation guide before they told me it was on the box! It wasn't on it, just the way it was placed! I asked if I needed a guide that also shows which screw is for where! The young man angrily asked me to send an e-mail about this because they are not open yet !!!! By the way, we have already reached the opening hours during our conversation! Well I won't send a message and I'll work it out differently! In my opinion, I do not recommend this company to anyone! And the fact that at least 4 out of 8 reviews come from the family should not deceive anyone!

I would recommend it to someone else.
