I can only say good things about them. We looked out for a Kia Ceed SW on the Kia website. We first watched it live in the salon. Fortunately, he was in that color. I liked that the price was on sale. We calculated an offer for financing, then we came. Afterwards, I made an appointment for a test drive over the phone, I didn’t have to wait long. The test drive itself was correct: when we arrived we went to the same dealer, he knew who we were, the car was ready. We went for a good ride to Möbelix. After the test drive we marched aside with my husband and discussed we need such a car. :) We ordered the car. By the time we were able to get the car to approx. 1 month has passed. (Time also depends on us, we were able to arrange the Employer's Income Certificate after the holidays, etc.) We were inside for approx. twice or thrice. Throughout, the salesman was polite and patient. We bought a new car for the first time, and leasing it, we had "only" a hundred thousand questions. :) We bought a very good car in a good place! We will choose them next time!

The service part is fine, the sales do not know what, but where I went (Kia Zakar) I had a date, even though the money is in your pocket, the other 10 people also have the money in their pockets, but many people think how big aces it is , then there is a knock when worn. 😂

I wanted to buy a new car last year. The “dear” salesman bounced off because he was just busy with something else (arranging papers). 😠 I guess at first glance it didn’t look like I was a potential buyer. So I finally transferred to the Mercedes, there I spent the 10M frame I intended for this .. Outrageously pathetic sales attitude

So far, there has been only a positive experience with mandatory service. You can also apply through the app, they start on time, it lasts as long as they say in advance, you can wait in a cultured environment until you are done and they are polite.

I only had a good experience in the dealership. We bought a used Kia here, the seller was very kind and helpful.
