Expired antibiotics and medications have not been taken back because they are liquids. Only injection needles and flammable materials were listed on the website as prohibited items. Of course, no collection box was placed. Somehow I felt like they just didn’t want to deal with us. It was quite an unpleasant experience.

Please indicate the changed opening hours on the website. You shouldn't trip people unnecessarily to tesco !!! If they are open until 20.00, do not be online at 21.00 !!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I can't write anything positive about this pharmacy ... I always promise I will never buy again ... the sellers are incredibly grumpy / rude, absolutely no matter how nice the customer is ... amazing service 😕🥴

I wanted to buy a box of vitamin pills. I took it to the cashier and while I was busy searching for my bank card, the cashier lady assumed that I was going to pay with cash so she sent the product out to cash. After I found my card the lady told me that she had already gone out for cash and that I could be honored to tell her in advance that I will pay by card !! In fact, he asked me to ask for a loan !! The pump went up immediately because he didn't see me cash and card so what did you think I was paying with money? If you are unsure why didn't you ask me first what instrument I want to pay with? And even insulting the customer instead of convincing them what's next! If you make a mistake, do not blame the customer, swallow and delete the item without a word! I've never seen one before. I also worked at the cash register when I was a student and would have fired such behavior!

It took 1-3 business days to complete my order confirmation of my order in the Web Store. The product was in "stock" status, I chose personal pickup. 5 full business days have passed since, but I have not yet announced that I can take over. I won't. Thank you, I'm healed.
