Slowly I wrote an email to customer service 3 weeks ago and no response since.

Everything was absolutely fine, delivery for assembly. The whole time they spent with us was about 20 minutes. You have to predict everything and you will have no problem with no misunderstandings. Super!! Thank You!!! I can only recommend!!! What we ordered bed is very super!

Value for money is good. No problem with delivery or assembly. My only problem was with the lady arranging the delivery. Detailed: I ordered the bed. After a couple of weeks, the lady called for them to be delivered by 6 a.m. Monday then. I said it’s not good for me because it prohibits house rules like this before 8 p.m. He said there was no other date today. I asked you when you could bring in the answer to that next week. We even agreed not to bring it before 8 at all, and then said goodbye. As it turned out later, not in a week, but in 3 weeks ... I waited for 3 weeks and then called the lady to bring it then between 7 and 8 o'clock on Wednesday. I told him that delivery before 8 was still not good for me and that I had already indicated this in the past. To this he came up with that but well there are a lot of titles and no other time. By this time the pump had gone up a bit in me and I told him that if I knew it this was a date appointment and not that they were giving a date. To this he was guided again by how many addresses he had and that he would be delivered another time. That’s when I said it was out of the question, he had already played this once. Eventually we stayed to bring the bed to 8 then. (he didn't say hello on the phone ...) I wasn't really surprised when the carrier called me at 8:30 that he was coming. I told him it was only after 8 p.m. So he had to improvise and went to another title in front of him. (why didn't the lady organize it like this in the first place? ...) I don’t really understand why you have to lie to the client. Plus, several times. (they bring it in a week, they come at 8) I was already about to cancel the whole thing, buy it elsewhere. If the lady could do her job normally, I would have given her 5 stars.

Scandal. It is inflexible and not customer friendly at all. Instead of the promised 2-4 weeks, they were called on the 5th week due to delivery, which is 6 am on Tuesday morning. Whether you like it or not. There is no other date, no alternative. The delivery fee of HUF 8,160, as it turns out, only means delivery to the garden gate. “We don’t work for free,” the supplier said. If you pay extra I will bring it in and put it together. Nonsense. If I want to go downstairs, I'm going to Ikea. I'll never order anything from here again, I'd rather carve myself a tree!

Last Wednesday, the bed I ordered from my mother was delivered and she was billed. On the other hand, the suppliers said they were asking for an extra $ 15,000 because they considered the stairway where the bed had to be moved unsafe. My mother paid for it because she had little choice. But no bill was made for that! I called the clerk the next day, who acknowledged the receipt of the money but could not explain why the bill had not been issued. It was all a swipe at an old woman, shame! There was nothing dangerous in the sky world at one turn. I called again today and now they claimed that the bed had to be pulled up on the balcony and window ... there is no balcony, no fracia bed can fit in! The $ 15,000 withdrawal has been acknowledged again, but they refuse to send an invoice or refund money! They are also required to invoice for the service! Suppliers are employees of the company, not outsourced. No picture would I recommend to a company that covers such pirate fraud and lies to their customers!
