Good but not the best

Good what I wanted I got.
They work at the right price, fast and professional service. I have been a regular customer for several years.
The product was shipped quickly but not exactly as it turned out. That is, instead of a flat-cross pick I got a flat-pointed pick packed well. Then I waited for the exchange that was promised at the company.
Oct20: Order Receipt.
Oct 21: dispatch of ordered goods to customer
Oct22: I received the package and complained because I did not receive the ordered product. They received it over the phone and confirmed that day by email.
oct25 (friday): I got a signal that today they will give up the right goods that they promised on Monday.
oct28 (monday): the cross pick is here! (and rated it 4)
So overall okay with the exchange after the purchase.
