There are few restaurants of this type these days than I did !! 👍👍👍

We order from here regularly, the quality of the food is usually good, but lately the dispatcher lady doesn't know much about good manners. After 3 hours we had a hard time getting our order instead of the promised 1.5 - 2 hours, but one of the ordered dishes, a hamburger, had a mustard filling, though we were explicitly asked not to want it because our little boy was sensitive to it. For the other dishes we always ask for the dressing separately because we do not like the food to go out, but it is still poured. We called the dispatcher and displayed a jerky attitude compared to our normal tone, saying: "- what do i do with it, only someone can eat it?" 1. You should practice good manners, you stink! :) 2. If I order something, especially for that much money, I want to get what I asked for. 3. The seller is for the buyer and not the other way around!

Congratulations on the fast delivery which took 3 and a half hours and managed to get my order in two parts which was nothing more than a Bolognese pork rib. At first I got what they thought was "bolognese" (which from tomorrow was not a smooth, seasoned dry minced meat handfuls of pasta covered with all the cheese) and after they called and told us the problem was that no fried ribs were in the food delivered nor tomatoes in the alleged Bolognese sauce almost 2 hours later they sent me some fried meat, well I sent this and that non bolognese back because it's one thing you missed half the food and you wait 2 hours but what was on the phone when the fuse went out when we objected to the sauce was the answer is that they don't make it from dust, but please tell me because I put tomatoes in it too I call this abomination free and salaried, which does not deserve the Bologna flag for the Vilonian pork ribs. Thank you for the experience. I wish you a happy holiday and a basic chef course for the whole kitchen.
