Őrség National Park

Plenty of things to see, beautiful landscapes, ideal place to explore by bike too !

The best way to appreciate this lovely area is on foot or, like I did, by bicycle. Pretty villages, glorious vistas and abundant nature make this a relaxing and rewarding place to visit. The roads are largely free of heavy traffic though the signposting for the Orseg 2 bike trail which I tried to follow was rather erratic. I somehow ended up on the busy Route 86 which is on the east side of the area and it was not pleasant!

I like the place a lot. Full of natural beauty, you can walk or ride a bike and enjoy the national park.

Calm and beautiful place for a relaxing walk. Good for families.

Went through the park on bike during our trip. Nice not very hilly terrain with lot of woods and some lakes.
