Star five!
After 9 years of life in Western Europe, this was the location of my first hospital stay in Hungary, and I confess reading all kinds of news I was restless. I was expecting a neglected, dirty hospital and phlegmatic, inhuman staff.
Well: I was on the second floor of gynecology, where no visitors are allowed. The care is first class. There was a diabetic lady next to me, they were especially watched because she couldn’t eat or even take her medication in the morning because of the surgery.
There was a nice atmosphere in the operating room, we talked kindly until I fainted, all my fears passed in an instant - the team is very young, but they know their business incredibly not only from a medical but also a human point of view.
I woke up in my own bed and woke up right after that. I had little pain, though I am very afraid of it. Huge thanks to them - unfortunately their name was not included in the final report either, although it would be good to know who they are ...
I am grateful to Sister Marcsi and her assistant, but also to the two cleaning ladies who take care of the restrooms.
Since you don’t go to the hospital to have fun, I just don’t write that I had a good time. But what was humanly and professionally possible, I got everything.
(Perhaps the only thing the hospital could change is the information. If the patient could get a printed paper before the surgery that says how to prepare for the surgery, about what to expect during the hospital stay, what to bring with you , it would be very good, it would also be if there was information about it on the hospital 's website. But this is not the task of the department ...)
The hospital is not a sanatorium, anyone who thinks they are going on holiday there will be disappointed. But so it is in a West.
My little son was born on Monday morning, thank you to the doctors and midwives on duty for helping him to the world. I think the equipment of the obstetrics is adequate, there is a separate shower in the rooms, and there are also alternative labor positions.
Thanks also to the staff in the baby ward, here when I asked, I always got an answer from them.
As a negative, I could mention the condition of the showers, toilets, and breakfast and dinner are not very plentiful for a breastfeeding mother, it is worth bringing food. Cutlery, mug and toilet paper as well.
I thank the obstetricians for the most beautiful experience of my life. I can't be grateful enough to the doctors, the midwives, and the surgeons who kept me in the spirit with their endless kindness and support Sunday night. I never thought I could have so much love in such a vulnerable situation. My entire birth, thanks to the hospital in Szombathely, was the Miracle itself.
Doctors are good ... all the nurses should be replaced or whatever they are ... they sleep at night they are not worth it ... they expect the money the nurses pfff ... i'm really upset not to detail ... but all the obstetricians go the ...
All nurses should be fired then the standard would be better !!!
I really didn't believe in horror stories. But they are true. :( They did it emotionally for 5 days. The treatment was a disaster. A pediatrician with me at the morning visit had a chew on my face, emotionally influenced (would have!). I got sick, I had to run for the baby's mandatory feed at night. It was very hard and ALLOW to get into the vip. It was better here, but the spiritual terror is here too.
Thank you Markusovszky University Teaching Hospital, we are not taking baby 2 because of you. Szombathely certainly not !!!
We'll see you in a more comprehensive complaint letter.
