Unreliable owner. I booked the accommodation through szallas.hu, I paid the deposit. The phone came to him for two weeks, that unfortunately a cross-booking was made, they can't take our accommodation, but then szallas.hu will solve it. I suspect they got a more lucrative offer, so it eventually became 2 weeks of "reaction time". I also reported the problem to szallas.hu, but they did not try to solve it either. Although accommodation was offered, it did not meet either the price or the quality, and there was no intention to take responsibility for the "mistake" of the owner in contract with them. Finally, I found somewhat more expensive accommodation at another accommodation agent. Eventually, this tiny "misunderstanding" meant 3 weeks and some money for me. I got the down payment back. It can't be published without a star ... but many are one ...
Quiet, close to nature house with wonderful views, deer, woodpeckers.
