We no longer run after our money and have everything finished by another carpenter. The few positive reviews are simply incomprehensible to me. From our circle of acquaintances no one orders anything here anymore. The photos promise more, but what's behind them is really bad. They take down payment, then deliver at some point, if everything goes well, get it done quickly-quickly, take the remaining money, and then you can hardly reach them if something is ... and from "quick-fast" usually results in "what" . It's a shame, but it doesn't matter :( Addendum: Thanks, but I'm not interested in more lies and promises. As long as I have been cultivating and patiently trying for months by phone and email, no one has moved. When I came by personally, there was no one who spoke German and the "boss" was, strangely enough, always away from home. It is enough for me if others no longer fall into the same trap. Unfortunately, this forum occurred to me too late, but it was nice to see someone smarter. You seem to have reacted to Mr Jost's negative review, because I see it was withdrawn. Hope he is more lucky than I was then, and you can also hope that no more angry customers will write in here ... and rather be happy that I passed the dish. Have a nice day.

Thanks to the company. Have furnished the whole house with me, including interior doors, stairs, kitchen, bathroom. Everything was very nice, good quality and price performance was great! No cheap products, so neither hardware quality nor prices. Basically, I would give 5 stars, only some problems with the delivery times prevent me, but if that should work as well as the quality of the products can only come praise. Customer service with exemplary German knowledge and good taste. Nobody is perfect, so in itself a clear recommendation :)
