Körmend Castle Park

At first glance, 200-year-old trees ... no matter how much we spend, 200-year-old trees cannot be bought. Körmend has such a park! Not all small towns have this. Practically, if we look at the map, it looks like the park is in the middle of the city. And that's fine. We can take care of a lot of things and then seem to drop into another world. I love this in Körmend. In addition to the "all-important" feeling, we are also close to nature.

I would give 7 ☆ in my heart, but that wonderful 42ha is neglected! While we were walking there, we came up with better and better ideas on how to get the coolest park out of that fantastic Batthyány heritage !! Collaboration, civic programs, fundraising methods, etc ... DON'T LET TAKE IT !!!! Oh, and the park hides a GIGANT Plane Tree !!! Everyone check it out !!

Clean, organized park.

Looking at the winter it seems a bit neglected but the surroundings of the lake are pleasant and spectacular for a walk 👍😁
