In 2017, I bought a vw passat for them and it turned out that the climate was overloaded (according to the air conditioner: classic catch, if the climate is no longer realistic, it will be overcharged for a while). Unfortunately, the climate deteriorated naturally within 2 weeks of purchase. After months of arguing with the dealer, I agreed to jointly repair the car with a vw repair shop. He had promised for months that he would fix it, and we were just waiting for the time to call the contracted workshop to find out what was going on. Of course, they knew nothing about it. Since then I have done the climate at my own expense ... I don't recommend buying a car at Carpark ...
