I ordered a Trakker sleeping bag. 2 days later they called to run out, but the next week they will receive goods. Since there was no burn really urgent, the order lived on. The following week, I received the ordered product at the same price, in impeccable quality.
I bought a defective product from the company, I reported the problem via email immediately after opening. I didn't receive any response for 8 days, and instead of apologizing, please send me the following email:
"Please return the product. We will inspect it and if the defect is of quality origin, we will send an intact product, but if it can be traced back to chewing, we cannot sort it out as a quality problem."
I find it unacceptable that the company will only respond to my email days after my phone inquiry, there is no "sorry" word in the letter.
I never buy from this company.
Store is very bad, Web store is even worse. No communication, no notification. When you enter the store, no one will notice that you are there. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been to the store several times before, I don’t appreciate it now. On 12.08 I ordered several little things online. On 09, they called that one product was out of stock, but they recommended another instead. I accepted and in two days the package was here in full. Correct.
