Because he wanted to help by filling out the form, he respectfully tried to save the situation (here I would note that I just filled out this form for the first time, so I really wasn’t at the height of the situation and left out a few small print spaces after asking your co-worker for help on how to handle this matter because he hasn't even done this then please nicely why is this tone with the client ??) and i give the second star because i know that one star ratings are not read.

They can only tell you at the door how long you have a customer reception! Everything on the internet is old. It is a real government office (Hungarian reality 2020) !!!
