Unfortunately, we bought a pet here in May. The way the two "female" guinea pigs were kept there was also horrible. No water in front of them - no hay - which is the pigs' main food - just a dry beet thrown at them.
The lady who worked there — I hope no longer — is unfit to work in a place like this. He is impatient with customers, he does not know the right answers to the most basic questions, e.g. What gender are the pets you want to buy. He takes a completely irresponsible approach to his work there.
The worst part is that you can’t determine the sex of the guinea pigs. At that time, I bought two piglets, then still called females. They were already in a cage then. Then even trusting the seller’s experience, we knew they were females. One of them fell asleep today. They did not come into any contact with other guinea pigs after the purchase.
In summary, a lousy place!
The sales lady is very condescending, impatient, phlegm and as a beginner I have to choose another store, I also regretted going there.

The saleswoman was impatient, and it was difficult to tell one person multiple times, which at first was a bit superficial. He felt a bit like I was "stupid." We used to go shopping a lot. Next time I think about it.
