I booked two weeks early, completely unnecessarily. Instead of 9 a.m., I also queued at 9:18 a.m. while a customer falling from the street was immediately called. To my complaint, the clerk wanted to explain that that customer was there first. (I was there from three-quarters of 9). The deputy manager explains: they have no effect on the customer caller, it automatically calls the customers. The administration went quickly.

Disaster. I booked an appointment at the customer gate with a one-time entry option. I also got gone and refused to give my little girl an ID card because I wasn’t registered at the gateway. I ask you then measured not set so that you can not. We waited halfway and the lady was even a phlegm. Wondering if everyone comes out of there grumbling?
