Great day out with the family. We went to the outside area.The lake is so clean and there is a big slide, sand pit, playground, and jumping castle for the kids included in the entry fee. Also separate water play area with a small slide for the little ones. Affordable prices and great selection of food. Hidden gem not far from Budapest definetely worth to visit in the summer. I could not experience the standard provided by the hotel live as we did not stay at the hotel. I wouldn't even write about that. I express my experience of the hotel on the pretext of canceling the room. Unfortunately, in the current medical situation, we cannot afford to attend our acquaintance’s wedding and thus stay at the hotel. We booked at the end of July 2020 with a 50% deposit. At the time, the current health situation was a conjecture. I canceled the room 5 days before arrival. As the room is in a wedding package, you have to pay 100% of the room rate. My objection is the course of administration. They refer to the bulletin that COVID is not a reason. As well as a 90-day cancellation due to the wedding package ... For me, this affair does not require a gallant and generous attitude. I would have agreed on another 50% because we indicated late, that’s true. Paying 100% of the room rate at the time of COVID, plus a tense sigh from the receptionist at the other end of the phone does not assume a kindness hotbed from the place. Part of the truth is that the terms appeared in the booking email, but it’s also true that I haven’t met a cancellation term 90 days earlier. I was used to 3-4 days. I have learnt the lesson. I accept that the situation in tourism is difficult at the moment, but the bad situation is not a reason for this attitude, I think. I am confident that by that day that room will not be rented out Last minute, so we will draw a double price from this situation. Also, you managed to put together a negative comment for a sum of St. Stephen, and you "got rich" with a guest who presumably avoided you from afar. He must have understood. Right along the shore there is a willow tree that provides super shade. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented (700ft, 1000ft) buffet prices are not available. The water is not very clear, taking care that for years there has been no small slide or railings, and the greens are not taken out of the bricks. Oh and what is very important for small children! Definitely need water shoes for kids to grow up because you can’t step into the kids section so gritty pebbles are awful !!

Value for money is good. The quality of services is good. You can rent an umbrella, it is especially good. The buffet is bustling with service, although the quality of the food leaves something to be desired. The burger had a tennis ball family jam and the meatcake of course. It could be better for the price. Fried cheese, the usual mirelite vegetable cheese available in such places, has brought the expected poor quality. The lake is very small, the shore is paved and deepens quickly. The standard increases the two slides, pity that they are the same. The lawn is of good quality, not trampled, it is really positive.
