The elderly pharmacist should be taught proper communication because a graduate is not able to communicate culturally here or there by phone, hanging up the phone without greeting while a man speaks to her, saying she is not a ‘Lady’ (as I called her!) But a PHARMACIST! .. Whoever’s on the other side of the line, I don’t know how to know as it doesn’t even introduce itself, but the fact that it interrupts the call without greeting is bloodthirsty!
