Old interior, food is good

Good food, cheap, but the atmosphere is not very welcoming. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned or upgraded in years, something from the soviet era. But still, good food and good prices. If you don't mind the local regular drunks around you and mildly rude, self-loathing waiter.

I just don’t pull off better because they cook well, at a good price. The style of the waiters is very condescending, they do almost a favor!
