This is not the first OTP branch I deal with and it is not the first bank, but I have to have extra patience for the Szentendre OTP branch. There was no time to go quickly and smoothly after every very many times. I don’t consider myself an impatient person, I’m aware that if there are a lot of customers, a person has to wait their turn. What’s outrageous, however, is that with six clerks, you have to wait 15 minutes as a single customer for a 3-minute thing because they don’t get to deal with the person walking and smoking down and smoking. Unfortunately, this is not an exceptional case, it has happened several times already in the old bank branch, that 4-5 free clerks manage to handle a case after waiting half an hour.

Everything went fine when I was that year. However, I would like to ask you to rewrite the address, because the day I saw that they had moved and I could not take care of my affairs because I did not know where their new place was. I still don't know exactly. Thanks

Everyone needs to be kicked out of here! I could really appreciate their work that IS there at all! During 40p, NO ONE of the customers were called to the checkout ????? !!!! Friday is 9am! Die, 30 years of communism.
