It's open parking and no security, no CC camera so anybody can enter and may still something from your car. quite far from center. There are many parking which is close to center so don't park your vehicle in this parking.

Large manicured slag parking lot. As for the problem, getting from there to the promenade is dangerous. It wasn't really finished.
