I used this boat from Szentendre to Budapest and it was really great experience, which I can surely recommend. It was around 50/55 min. View from Danube to Szentendre, then islands on Danube and then Budapest's most beatiful attractions was awesome! Boat was quite clean, I didn't face any problems there. Just I realized (18th of July 2020) that there is some problem with ticket machine in Szentendre (it works quite slow, but it's not a big problem. Enjoy !

Took a boat trip from Szentendre to Budapest. The boat itself had two decks with the upper one having a roof but other than that was open to the elements. It was a glorious day as we sailed down the river. People on the bank waved as we went passed. The whole trip lasted about an hour and was the highlight of my trip to Budapest.

I took the boat back to Budapest 👍 it took one hour and I certainly enjoyed it. Departure times are 5pm and 7pm, and you can purchase the ticket from the tourist information centre or right on the boat. The boat has two terminal stations: on the Buda side as well as the Pest side.

Quite unique and pleasant boat trip from Szentendre to Budapest Downtown with 1 hour sailing. If someone asks me, "You wanna try it again?" My answer is "No, thanks. 1 time experience is fully enough for me." I just suggest one-way trip not round one.
