I would like to thank both the staff of the store for their help and support. Everyone was very helpful and the bike we bought was incredibly super. Seeing the wide selection in the store, we also selected for my little boy and even bought his first bike. We are perfectly satisfied with everything.

It wouldn’t have been a problem if they told you outright that they couldn’t (want to) do anything with a hydraulic brake. The problem is that I got my bike back in worse condition than I took it there and they even looked stupid. But at least without a word, they gave back the price of the "repair."
