Clean and modern facilities but for the first stay it’s not easy to find the hotel reception.
Very good option, nice cost / benefit ratio. Breakfast could and should be better though. Very nice employees in the reception.
Superb
Because of their unethical business policy, I wouldn’t give a single star! On June 6, I transferred them a HUF 45,000 down payment for the 3-day New Year's Eve party. The event - under national regulations (not my fault) - is missed, yet they refuse to return the money. They unscrupulously pull down the money they didn’t work for. After that, they still wonder that I don't feel like spending my holiday with them at another time - and then sometime, if possible.
After this entry and several correspondence, my money was finally transferred on December 31st. They still have a lot to learn from ethics, marketing and business policy!
I promise I'll never go here.
I booked 2 rooms: one for my couple and myself and one for my parents. Unfortunately, we had to reload the original booking, but we didn’t run into any problems. Very helpful receptionist, cleaners. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room also came with a bottle of wine, which was a special surprise. The rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. The wellness area was extra. I can only recommend!
