The clerk in charge was a great help to us in grief. He took a lot of the burden off our shoulders about organizing the funeral. He was kind, patient. At the funeral, too, everything went according to plan. I recommend.

I stood through my mother's funeral so that the ordered coffin ornament and main wreath was nowhere !!! We arrived at the funeral home half an hour earlier when we called and asked where the flowers were. The clerk lied and shifted responsibility that he had ordered, almost even he was outraged. Not once did the phrase "sorry" or "sorry" be uttered. My husband had to make several phone calls and retire at the funeral home while condolences had already arrived. I asked my father-in-law to run out and get a wreath so I could say goodbye to my mom. Walking behind the hearse, I had to watch the corner of the headboard as well as the broken one. My parents' name was on a broken board !!! After the funeral, no one sought to apologize for this spiritual upheaval. There was no response to our letter of complaint, we had to go into the office in person to get some response to the case. I’ve never experienced a provider disregard so much. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED !!!!! Their license should be revoked! This is not the branch of service where grieving customers can be ignored. I don't know what the owner or manager of the business would feel if it happened to him. I don't recommend anyone to order a funeral with them !!!!
