Maybe it was the shift, but even though my multibonus card was meant to work all over Europe, it couldn't be scanned, nor processed, and the staff was absolutely not keen on making it work.

I washed. Literally a did not touch any parts of the car, it was not washed by the machine. I didn't notice in the dark. The next morning I went back with my complaint. The well acknowledged the mistake, but did not want to give another wash ticket, saying it was not his shift. He negotiated immodestly. I got another wash ticket for a strong performance after announcing that I had ruined my Christmas mood. I didn't care about my mood. About five years ago a similar thing happened to me in a Bp i OMV washer. There, apologizing, they gave 3 free washes. kindly.
