The lady's behavior is unqualified. He was not professionally at the height of the situation either. To avoid having to go back to them again, I did it over the phone or online. I can't understand how big an insurer can afford to provide such a high quality service.

The behavior of both the manager and the employee is scandalous. They miscalculated the amount of my insurance when it turned out they wanted to pay me an amount that would cover my insurance for at least 5 years with another insurer. Then I called their center where it turned out that they were wrong again and I only had to pay a small fraction of the amount they wanted to pay me here in the Esztergom branch.
