There was a sewer smell on the water and I suspect that was why my stomach went too, otherwise it is great for quenching thirst!

Theoretically, the spring water is drinkable. A hiker coming from Dobogókő halfway from the Preaching Chair and the Wild Stones is here for the first time confronted with running out of water and trying to refill his water bottle. But in many cases, he would just try, because even if water comes from it, it just leaks or flows as a vein. In a word, there are two options: Take the 1st detour towards Dömös until the first water option - sure! - or: 2. move on to the Ram Gorge, where you might find yourself running and drinking water ... ak 👽
