I consider it an unacceptable service from a real estate agency to give up the agreed time because of a delay of 20 minutes. 18:00 am is scheduled at 18:00 (20 minutes delay indicated) No new date was recommended. We had to turn more and more from a rave without seeing the property when we were only a few kilometers away. Regrettable!
