I waited for four hours with a serial number and I wasn't queued. I didn't really understand this thing, I think it's a job for those who work there, and not for "friends" of friends. I returned my serial number when I wasn't queued after that, so I did not like it. I don't think I'd like to deal with my financial affairs in the Sárbogárdi branch.
