The one-year inspection with oil change was done ok. KB 6000 km pollen filter change was also what I did not ask the service was correct together with this error

Kind and helpful! But! I brought them a 2l plain FSI to change the oil and filters. Respectively, in front of the right rear wheel (below), I noticed a strange whining sound, even when I stopped the car whining for a while. There was an oil change, along with filters. Then I was told that the whining sound of pumpkin is natural because the sound of the parking heater ... I say this is nice and good, but in this there is no parking heater 😅 then came the answer that they do not know. Reading with a simple OBD II quickly revealed that my fuel pump was the goose. I had visited them strangely before. After the first chassis renovation, I couldn't leave the service car park because there was a strong rattling sound from the left front wheel ... in vain I put it in gear ... the engine / revs sped up but the car didn't move forward! Then they said maybe the mechanic had ruined something ... so I only had to pay a certain percentage of my new axle ... so that's how I went with them 😅
