Minor car accident repair took over 3 months to complete. Insurance claim process was badly handled. One excuse made after another. No communication. But, as compensation, they did at least pay for the technical test that had meanwhile expired - otherwise one star!
I was in a service station with a company car, fast correct administration took place.
Prices have not changed compared to the offer (I know this would be normal, but na ...)
A 2-year-old spotless car was returned after mandatory service so I had to peel for an hour. Everywhere greasy or who knows what stains, it is especially pleasant on this butter-colored roof covering. In retrospect, there wasn’t even a time that everything would have been okay (although there are 1-2 skillful mechanic guys, but obviously I don’t always get to them). I think they last saw me.
I went to them to charge my electric car. Charging is free and although there is no buffet but they are offered with free coffee and space, they are very nice.
I waited 45 minutes for a tire change before I was told I didn't. The tire arrived. The next time there was a small "grinder" cracked one of the tires. They wanted to catch me crawling. Two other rubbers are clearly of the opinion that it is not a paddock but something bigger impact which if it had happened on the go I wouldn't go any further with it for sure. Someone screwed up. They washed their hands. They are basically rude. I do not recommend to anyone.
