In June 2020, we ordered kitchen furniture from the company. The administration of the design was impeccable, the lady working in the shop was extremely helpful and a partner we had not experienced anywhere else before, which is why we chose this studio. We also requested an on-site survey in our apartment so that expert eyes could see the project to be implemented, not just refer to our own measurements. Unfortunately, this was only done with a delay of two weeks, because they claimed that they had forgotten the previously agreed date. So we managed to order the furniture in mid-June, but we were assured that they would undertake delivery by the end of August at the latest due to the two-week delay. On September 9, after receiving no feedback so far, we contacted the company by phone, who informed them that they would come to install the furniture two days later. The question is, if we don't call, when was it planned to talk about it ... During the installation, we found that in the case of one of the items we ordered, we did not produce what we wanted. The answer to this was that the order form shows the item that was manufactured. After being in the middle of the promised week for many weeks, and practically we had to go after it in the middle of a complete home renovation, we had the opportunity to apologize !!! element, who knows how much we should have waited for him after all this ... The installation was a few hours overall, but the work done left much to be desired. Visible gaps remained at the joints of the furniture crowns in several places, after the individual elements were screwed together, it was not possible to cover the screws with the cover sticker everywhere, not to mention that chips, dust, etc. were formed during installation. it was only cleaned from the floor by the workers, the furniture was handed over so that it only took 1.5 to 2 hours of work after cleaning. The furniture would certainly have been disinfected before use anyway, and it wasn't the few hundred forints and effort that we had to go to buy a package sticker separately, but I think that in the case of an order worth almost one million forints, it would have been worth it. to pay impeccable attention to the contractor, not to mention assembly inaccuracies. Overall, the situation was saved by the fact that, thanks to our own taste, the kitchen as a whole has become beautiful. After the order in June, we planned to produce other furniture later, but due to what happened, we will certainly do it elsewhere, and for that reason, I would not want to recommend the studio to anyone else.

Impeccable service in the store, helpful on-site survey, kind surveyors, and installation is accurate and precise. They made a beautiful kitchen for us starting from scratch at a good price!

We have somewhat ambivalent feelings about the company, but at the same time the balance sheet tends to tilt. Pros: Incredibly kind employees who showed their utmost helpfulness and compassion. Very, very kind customer management, innovative ideas, enthusiastic designer lady who could solve problems that other companies have not tried. Foam on the cake is that in their category, their pricing is no competitor in the catchment area of ​​Budapest in our experience. In addition, we have a nice, flexible assembly team who will try to handle any problem. Cons: Careless execution. In spite of the exact (professional) floor plan, the order description they received, they managed to make the kitchen furniture only the second or third time as agreed. They weren't attentive enough. One of our wardrobe elements was 25 cm shorter than it should have been (corrected afterwards because it was cut again), the glass was missing from the element, and when they came in the second time, they put in a bad bottle and temporarily made a different material like the rest, we finally got the LED strip transformer for the third time, which somehow always missed the pack. To sum up, we have a fundamentally positive experience with them, so if they could improve on the execution, they would be a very cool company and we would recommend them with a quieter heart. Of course we would have liked to have had the exact installation on the first install (the errors were acknowledged anyway and they were repaired in a short time), but in the end we got a very nice kitchen furniture, which we thank you very much :)

Draga, their work is lousy, I have not received a bill for more than a million kitchen furniture, I will not correct mistakes on several occasions, do not avoid them from very far away!
