Bubblic.hu airport shuttle

I booked a seat online and although I received a receipt I did not receive an e-ticket. Having tried to email them and repeatedly getting an error page whenever trying to send I booked a different bus. On the day I was travelling I got a call from bubblic asking where I was and when I explained the situation they told me I could use my receipt. Although I was unable to do this I thought it would be useful to other people who experience the same issue. The driver who called had very good English and was very apologetic too.
