I brought in a torn banknote (20 thousand) and it was not replaced. They said that only the National Bank could do this. I went to the National Bank and changed it there, but they gave me a brochure that says they are obliged to change any bank. I went back to the bank mentioned above and blinked that this was their job too! Unprepared.
