So many people working/hanging out in here but nobody to help the growing number of people just waiting for the cashier?? Terrible customer service, waiting for 30+ minutes

Horrible service. More then a month and still waiting if i can open an account. Not expat or foreigner friendly at all. Will be opening mt private and corporate account somewhere else.

Don’t waste your time in this bank. They do nothing and let the costumers wait for hours.

Avoid at all cost. Been a customer for more than 4 years and their customer service is non-existent and any experience within the bank is painful and unpleasant (specifically this Deák location). Also, English-language customer service (on the telephone) puts you on un-ending hold times. Wish they tried harder to treat customers well.

Withdrew 20,000 HUF from ATM. Was happy to find this ATM.
